Jason Kehl - Client Representative

Hi from your Client Representative

Firstly I’d like to take this opportunity to thank the 37 people who took the time to fill in and return their client survey.
By doing this you have assisted us identify areas we are doing well in while also highlighting some improvements for Personnel West.
These areas of improvement will be recorded and logged on the ‘Continuous Improvement Form’
Any relevant information will be dispersed through this newsletter or if you prefer one on one contact through your Employment Consultant or Management.

Relating to Question 4 of the survey which asked,
Do you think that we keep all your information safe and only let approved people see it?
This appeared to be an area that clients were unsure of. In the next Links Newsletter we will have more information on how your information is kept safe and confidential.

Since I last spoke to you I have gain a greater understanding of what happens during the registration process through my meetings with Sue Telford.
I have also been joining with local employers at the Personnel West offices in a four week Auslan Sign language course.
To discuss any issues relating to this service please contact me on 46346018 or Jkehl@bigpond.net.au

Membership to Personnel West

Personnel West Employment Service acknowledges the importance of recognising people within the Toowoomba community, who have empathy for the needs of people with disabilities, and an ability to support or promote Personnel West in this undertaking. In recognition of your ongoing support to us and our clients, Personnel West would like to extend to you, the opportunity to become a member of Personnel West Association Inc.

We acknowledge that becoming a member entitles you to attend our functions and events, receive our newsletter, and attend and participate in our meetings, including our Annual General Meeting.

These are great opportunities to meet with other like minded people who desire to invest some of their time and energy in assisting those who are more in need in our community, through membership with Personnel West Association. This is also an opportunity for those who are community minded to gain experience in the functions of membership within an association, with a view to Board of Management participation in the future.

If you have an interest in becoming a member of the Association and would like to discuss this further, please contact our Manager David Amey-Wallis. Alternatively, if you would like to become a member of Personnel West Association, we require you to complete an Application for Membership document and return it with your membership payment of $5.50 to Personnel West. Applications are available on line at www.personnelwest.com.au / Resources or call our office on 4632 7444.
